Our complex care at home service enables adults and children to receive exceptional care and support in their own homes from a specialist team of healthcare professionals.

We partner with integrated care boards, case managers, local authorities, and health boards across England and Wales to relieve pressures on the NHS and reduce costs, supporting you to focus on NHS priorities and reducing health inequalities.

    Our fully managed service consists of:

    • An entirely personalised care package set-up in 7 days by an expert team with specialist healthcare professionals ready to provide care to the individual in their own home, across any location in England and Wales.
    • The service is overseen by our Chief Nurse and Registered Manager, Thomas Dowle, who ensures we continuously improve the quality of our service while maintaining our ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated standards and deliver exceptional care at home to the people we support. Tom brings over 20 years of experience and unrivalled clinical expertise to TCS, which enables us to provide the care promised, first time, every time.
    • We have a team of over 40 clinicians across our complex care at home service. Each individual we support is assigned a dedicated clinical lead who oversees their care, manages their care plan, conducts clinical assessments, monitors the clinical governance, and provides support to our healthcare professionals and the people we care for around the clock.
    • Our specialist team of registered nurses and healthcare assistants are available across England and Wales to provide exceptional care at home service to adults and children. They effectively manage the care of each person we support through our digital recording system, Total Mobile, which enables us to securely share data, access real-time reporting and deliver safe, effective care to individuals in their own homes.
    • We have an operations team providing 24/7 support to our healthcare professionals. The are the main point of contact for our healthcare professional and support them with queries and questions around their shifts to ensure they are supported to provide exceptional care at home.
    • The individuals receiving our care services also have 24/7 support from our dedicated operations team; this ensures they have the best possible experience with us and know their needs are always met and their expectations are exceeded.
    • We have a dedicated in-house training team providing training courses to ensure our healthcare professionals have the right skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care to each individual we support.
