Working in partnership with integrated care boards, case managers, local authorities, and health boards across England and Wales to enable individuals to receive exceptional care at home, we reduce costs and alleviate rising pressures on the NHS.
Regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, we provide a fully managed service across England and Wales. Our fully managed service takes the pressure away from you and ensures the individual requiring care can receive exceptional person-centred care at home.
Our care is delivered by our specialist team of healthcare professionals overseen by our dedicated clinicians who manage our robust clinical governance and quality management framework, ensuring the people we care for are always at the centre of everything we do.
Our person-centred, outcome-focused care revolves around empowering the people we care for, enabling them to make decisions, and ensuring they feel fulfilled in the care they receive.

Our comprehensive team of healthcare professionals consistently strives to deliver exceptional care to each person we support, providing them with an entirely bespoke experience.
Following the Winterbourne View Hospital Panorama released in 2011, which highlighted the poor-quality and unsafe care patients with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions experienced, this drove a national Government inquiry, which brought about the transforming care report.
In response to this report, our Chief Nurse and Registered Manager, Clare Metcalfe, created our learning disabilities, autism, and mental health service with a highly skilled team of clinicians and healthcare professionals to help adults and children with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions safely transition their care from hospital to home, enabling them to be with their family and loved ones, whilst receiving person-centred and outcome-focused care and support from our specialist teams.
Our care is centred around each person we support, enabling them to receive a highly bespoke experience with TCS. We are committed to treating each person we support with dignity, compassion, and respect as part of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
We personalise our care to the individual by creating a bespoke care plan for them that is tailored to their health, wellbeing and medical needs with an overarching focus on building confidence, growing skills and creating meaningful relationships.
We coordinate our care by involving the relevant people in the individual’s care plan to ensure there is a shared understanding of their requirements and needs to support them to stabilise under our care and achieve their goals.
We take an enabling approach to our care, encouraging the individual to have a good quality of life while receiving personalised, exceptional care that is well coordinated by our specialist healthcare professionals and clinical lead.
As an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care at home provider, you can place your trust in us, knowing we meet the standards required by the Care Quality Commission and are committed to delivering exceptional care, without exception.
