As a hardworking healthcare professional, we understand how difficult it can be to juggle a busy schedule, particularly when on the move. Our ipoint app helps you manage your time more effectively in a way that’s convenient for you.

Getting started – ipoint set up

Step 1:

Download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store to get started.

Step 2:

Open the app and click ‘Login’.

Step 3:

Click sign up and enter the email address we have on file for you (this is the email address we use to send emails to you), then create a new password.

Step 4:

The next action involves verifying your account.

Step 5:

You’ll receive an email that looks like the below – click the ‘Verify my email address’ link.

Step 6:

After clicking the ‘Verify my email address’ link, you will get another email that looks like the below:

Step 7:

Return to the ipoint app and click the ‘Back to login’ button.
Login by entering the phone number registered on your account and your date of birth.

Step 8:

Accept the T&Cs by clicking the box ‘I have read & accepted the policy’ and the ‘Accept’ button.

Step 9:

Once logged in, the home screen will look like the below.

Step 10:

Clicking on the 3 lines in the top left hand corner will take you to a full dashboard view as shown below.

The following information goes through each of the tiles available in your dashboard.

Availability

You can update your availability using the calendar, as shown below. Using the availability key, you can add when you’ll be available – whether it be for days, nights, morning or afternoon, it’s all there. Simply select the date you wish to update. Once on that date press on of the availability reasons from the bottom of the screen.

Not only does our availability calendar help to ensure you have visibility of the shifts you want to work but by keeping your availability up to date, you’ll be eligible for priority shift bookings.

Change or remove your availability

If you wish to change or remove availability, select the date you have already added availability for, and it will give you the option to delete this by clicking the bin icon. You can then add a different availability type or leave blank.

Find shifts

Step 1:

The find shifts tab allows you to search the basic criteria of shifts we offer at TCS. It will tell you how many shifts meet your criteria at the bottom of the page.

Step 2:

Click the show shifts button at the bottom at the page. On clicking this button, you can see the details of these shifts.

Step 3:

Click on the shift to see more details.

Step 4:

Click call to book the shift and you will be routed to the TCS Mobilisation Team who will be able to help further.

Timesheets

We don’t currently offer an e-timesheet solution, so your timesheets won’t show here. A handy guide to completing your paper timesheet is located on your Compass platform.

In this section you will be able to view your compliance documentation.

– Here you can view the details we hold on record and email us if something needs updating

You can view your payslips and filter by date within the payslips section.

Here you can access Compass, your dedicated online hub that points you in the right direction to all of our helpful guides and resources to support you throughout your journey with us.
