Policies and procedures

Our policies and procedures set out our expectations as a business which you are required to follow. They guide our day-to-day activities, help promote consistency in practices, reduce mistakes and ensure our clients are kept safe in their own homes and communities. Our policies and procedures are organised into six categories: Clinical, Corporate, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Information Governance and Organisational policies.

To access our policies, click on the headings below to take you to the digital library, which is accessible via our Sharepoint Microsoft site titled ‘Extranet Digital Library’. Once there simply click on the correct folder, and select the specific PDF you wish to read and/or download.
