Clinical audits

Our clinical audits encompass regular reviews and analyses of every clinical, medical, safety, and operational element of the care we provide to each individual, enabling us to identify new opportunities to continuously improve our services.

Risk and incident management

Our risk and incident management involves a dedicated team continuously assessing and managing all incidents against our criteria to determine the level of risks. The team also conducts regular review meetings to analyse incidents and identify trends.
