What our healthcare professionals say about working at TCS

Working at Thornbury allows me to work with conscientious hardworking professionals, which is great. The nurse rates of pay are excellent too, and I can pick and choose the hours I want.” – Paediatric nurse (RNC)

Absolutely fantastic company to work for. They really appreciate their workers, offer great rates of pay and really good training. I highly recommend!”Healthcare assistant (HCA)

I really enjoy working for Thornbury. They are very supportive and always offer plenty of shifts, as long as you don’t mind travelling. If you need to cancel a shift, they are fine about it, and equally if you can’t pick up a shift that someone else has cancelled, they don’t make you feel guilty and are equally pleased when you do pick up a shift.” – Specialist complex care nurse
